The Timeline

Request a Return: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request via email.

Ship Your Item: Once approved, your item must be scanned by the carrier within 30 days of the original delivery date to qualify for a refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in Store New condition:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

We may require clear photographs of the item before approving the return.

Exclusions (Final Sale)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

Intimates and swimwear.

Beauty and wellness products.

Jewelry and personalized/custom goods.

Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
