1. Shipping Methods

We offer standard and express shipping options to most locations via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Most items arrive within 3–7 business days. Some specialty items may take up to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on most SEVHENN orders. However, some items fulfilled by our supplier partners may not qualify for free shipping — applicable shipping costs for those items will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.
