4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping on most orders.

5. International Shipping

We currently only ship to the U.S. Including: U.S. territories, Alaska & Hawaii. 

6. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Sizing References

Product Measurements vs. Size Measurements

Understanding the difference between these two metrics is key to selecting a garment that fits your spirit and silhouette.

​Product Measurements: These are the exact dimensions of the finished garment. For example, a "Relaxed Fit" blazer will have product measurements significantly larger than your body measurements to achieve that specific drape.

​Size Measurements: these refer to the body dimensions (bust, waist, hips) that each size is designed to fit.

​We recommend comparing the Product Measurements to a similar item you already own and love to ensure the best results.

 

 

Defining the Silhouette: Fit Terms

Design is intentional. An item meant to be "Oversized" is still considered True to Size if it achieves that intended look in your standard size. Use the guide below to choose the fit that best aligns with your personal style:

​Slim Fit

Designed to contour the body with minimal excess fabric. These pieces are typically crafted with high-stretch materials for a second-skin feel.

​Regular Fit

A tailored silhouette that follows the body's natural curves without being restrictive. Similar to a well-fitted suit, it is polished and professional.

Relaxed Fit

A looser, more slouchy silhouette. These items typically offer an additional 2" to 4" of room beyond standard body measurements for a comfortable, effortless drape.

 

Oversized Fit

Intentionally voluminous and less structured. An oversized piece is meant to look bold and statement-making. While these are true to size, you may choose to size down 1–2 sizes if you prefer a more conventional, fitted appearance.

Shipping & Delivery

To which locations do you offer shipping?

Currently, we offer shipping services exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories at this time.

What is the cost of shipping?

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. To monitor your status, log in to your SEVHENN account using the phone number provided at checkout and select the account icon in the upper right corner.

What should I do if my package is returned to the sender or undeliverable?

Packages returned due to inaccurate addresses or "undeliverable" status are automatically processed for a refund once the tracking reflects the return. To avoid extended wait times, we recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout.

Is local pickup available?

Currently, we do not offer local pickup. As we continue to grow, we hope to introduce this service in the future.

Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the "Cancel Order" button is still available in your account. However, because our warehouse processes orders rapidly, cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order has entered "Processing" or "Shipped" status, it can no longer be canceled.

Request: You must initiate a return request via email within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Sevhenn Return & Refund Policies

At Sevhenn, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on eligible items, provided the return process is started promptly.

1. The Timeline

Initiate Your Return: You must request your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Send it Back: Once your return is approved, your item must be scanned by the carrier within 30 days of the original delivery date to qualify for a refund.

Split Orders: For orders arriving in multiple packages, your 30-day window begins when the final package is delivered.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in "Store New" condition:

Clothing: Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Original tags, SKU labels, and clear garment packaging must be included.

Shoes & Bags: Must include the original branded box and all accessories (dust bags, extra laces, etc.). Shoes must only be tried on clean, carpeted surfaces.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For health and hygiene reasons, the following are Final Sale:

Intimates: Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, socks, and stockings.

Beauty/Jewelry: Earrings, face masks, and all beauty or personal care products.

Custom/Safety: Personalized items, gift cards, and hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases).

Note: Items returned in poor condition (damaged, stained, or missing tags) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or a declined refund.

4. How to Start a Free Return

Return shipping is on us! Follow these steps to get your prepaid label:

Request an RMA: Log in to your account at account.sevhenn.com or email info@sevhenn.com within that first 14-day window.

Details Needed: Include your Order #, the items you are returning, and the reason. (Note: Photo submissions may be required for certain return reasons).

Get Your Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Pack & Ship: Place the items and the RMA form back in the original packaging. Tape the prepaid label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Please note: Items cannot be accepted if they are sent back to our Hartford address without an approved RMA and our provided shipping label.

5. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@sevhenn.com immediately so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.

6. Refunds & Processing

Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your package for inspection.

Refund Issuance: Once approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Bank Timing: Most refunds appear within 10 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges from the initial purchase are non-refundable.
