To which locations do you offer shipping services?

Currently, we are only able to ship to:

  • Customers within the United States, excluding: Alaska, Hawaii, & US territories.

    What is the cost of shipping?

    • Sevhenn ships free on all orders within the U.S shipping boundaries mentioned ; on all orders. Refer to our shipping policy for details.

    I would like to know how I can keep track of my orders.

    • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. To check the status of your order, log in to your Sevhenn account using the phone number you provided at checkout. Then tap on the person icon located in the upper right corner.

    Is it possible to cancel an order after it has been placed?

    • If an order is already in the processing or shipped status, it cannot be canceled.
    • An order can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if a "Cancel Order" button is available, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
    •  Please note that the warehouse works fast to get your items, so the grace period is short. 

    Does Sevhenn accept returns?

    • We offer a 30-day return, restrictions may apply. See below.

    Can you provide me with some guidance on determining sizing for a product or clothing item?

    • Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all products follow U.S. sizing. If you are in-between sizes, order a size up/down. You can always return the item(s) to us and place another order for your appropriate size.
    • We have included sizing charts and product measurements in each product description. For more information on sizing, refer to our apparel sizing chart page.

    I am interested in learning further information about various product brands.

    • Sevhenn sources products from verified vendors and various brands. Normal tags and information on products are included from the original brands.

    If my package was returned to the sender or undeliverable, what should I do?

    • Based on the information provided by USPS/UPS/FedEx, it may take at least 30 days or longer for packages that are returned due to inaccurate addresses or undeliverable locations to be received by the sender.
    • To prevent long wait times and manual errors, packages with "return to sender" or "undeliverable" tracking status will be automatically refunded.

    Is local pickup available as an option?

    • At this time, we do not provide the option for local pickup. However, we remain optimistic about the future and plan to offer this service as we expand.


    Sizing & Fit References

    You will find sizing references under many product details. This will inform you how the sizing runs for that specific product. A product can include: "True to size," "Runs small, please refer to product measurements," or "Runs big, please refer to product measurements."

    *Please note: Our sizing references are based on standard US sizing practiced by popular and well-known US brands and stores.

    Product Measurements VS Size Measurements

    You will find measurements provided in most of our listings. The measurement information provided is specifically titled "Product Measurements" or "Size Measurements."

    1. Product measurements are the exact measurements of the finished product/garment itself. It is important to remember that oversized and relaxed items will typically be several inches larger than your size measurements.
    2. Size measurements refer to the measurements according to the body size of the person that each size will fit. The exact "Product Measurements" or sizing measurements will be provided for reference.

     

     

     

    Fit Terms

    Scrolling through the product details page, you will notice that we also include a product's fit on many items when this information is available. Not all clothing is created equal. There is a common misconception that if an item is loose it's too big or on the other hand, a body-hugging item may be too small. This is simply not the case as many products are intentionally designed to fit a certain way, so an item designed to fit oversize is still considered true to size.

    Even if an item is designed to be oversize or relaxed, we all have our preferences. By being educated on fit and sizing you can easily advise your customers on how to proceed with ordering.

    Slim Fit - A slim-fit clothing item is one that is fitted to your body with very little to no excess fabric. These pieces are always highly stretchy and form-hugging. 

    Regular Fit - These are items that fit closer to the body but are not tight. Meant to be slightly loose around the body, but not at all baggy. Like a suit, tailored to the body's natural curves.

    Relaxed Fit - Items that are significantly larger than a regular fit, usually offer an extra 2" to 4” than standard chest/bust size. These clothes are loose-fitting and often slouchy.

     

    Oversized Fit - For items that are meant to appear too large but still put together and flattering. Super slouchy, voluminous, and less structured. An item designed with an oversized fit is still true to size because it is meant to be oversized. This allows flexibility to size down 1 or 2 sizes for a more fitted look and is available to more people.

      • We ship free within the United States. 
      • We do not ship international, including: US territories, Alaska, & Hawaii.
      • 3 - 7 Business Days Shipping From USA

        Sevhenn ships free on all orders within our shipping territories.

        *Some US products may take 3-14 business days to ship. If you order other US products with 3-7 business days shipping time, they will also take 3-14 business days to ship, even with expedited or overnight shipping. We recommend placing separate orders if you need the 3-7 business days products expedited or overnighted. If there are any unforeseen circumstances causing shipping delays, we will provide updates. 

        **Expedited and Overnight shipping only applies to the actual shipping portion of the order, it does not expedite the processing time of orders.

          Return and Refund Policy

          The Timeline:

          Request a Return: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request your return via email.

          Send it Back: Once approved, your item must be scanned by the carrier within 30 days of the original delivery date to qualify for a refund."

          • Split Orders: For orders arriving in multiple packages, your 30-day window begins when the final package is delivered.

          2. Eligibility & Condition

          To receive a full refund, items must be returned in "Store New" condition:

          • Clothing: Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Original tags, SKU labels, and clear garment packaging must be included.
          • Shoes & Bags: Must include the original branded box and all accessories (dust bags, extra laces, etc.). Shoes must only be tried on clean, carpeted surfaces.
          • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.

          3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

          For health and hygiene reasons, the following are Final Sale:

          • Intimates: Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, socks, and stockings.
          • Beauty/Jewelry: Earrings, face masks, and all beauty or personal care products.
          • Custom/Safety: Personalized items, gift cards, and hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases).

          Note: Items returned in poor condition (damaged, stained, or missing tags) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or a declined refund.

          4. How to Start a Free Return

          Return shipping is on us! Follow these steps to get your prepaid label:

            1. Request an RMA: Log in to your account at account.sevhenn.com or email sevhennboutique@gmail.com

          Important: We cannot accept items sent back to our Hartford address without an approved RMA and our provided shipping label.

          5. Damages and Issues

          Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at sevhennboutique@gmail.com immediately so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.

          6. Refunds & Processing

            • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your package for inspection.
            • Refund Issuance: Once approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
            • Bank Timing: Most refunds appear within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. If you haven’t seen your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

          Note: Original shipping and handling charges from the initial purchase are non-refundable.
